Before each campaign, Next Call will complete an Account Profiling Analysis in order to develop an in depth understanding of your target accounts. Using interviews, discussion groups with the client to aid the profiling process and our own industry expertise, we will then approach these target accounts to build a picture of their IT infrastructure, current business issues and requirements. We will present this back to your organisation together with key objectives for each stage of the process.
