As the end of 2017 approaches...

The last year seems to have gone very quickly! It doesn't seem that long ago that we had the pleasure of hosting our 15-year celebrations at Home House in London with our lovely customers and the Next Call team.

2017 has been another busy and fulfilling year working with our customers and marketing partners, and also welcoming some new clients. We also heard from past customers who were looking for new propositions to take to their clients.


As always, we continue to strive to provide successful campaigns by working as effectively as possible with each one of our customers. With a stronger partnership now in place with one of our marketing partners Bright Innovation we are enjoying a collaborative approach which sees us working on a number of joint customer initiatives.


Aligning closely with their core team and senior marketing managers, who bring with them a wealth of experience and expertise, we continue to use our proven lead generation methodology which is key to developing a successful campaign and achieving the all important results.  


Our varied customer base enables us to work within a variety of industry sectors dealing with an array of solutions. This year some of these have included:

  • Retail

  • Luxury brands

  • Manufacturing

  • Wealth Management

  • Managed Services

  • Professional Services

  • Travel & Tourism

  • Higher Education & Public Sector

We also helped our customers at the coal face too, attending and providing support at a variety of events, user conferences and exhibitions, giving us a great opportunity to mix with their customers and contacts face-to-face. Part of that support included sourcing and developing key decision maker contacts to drive the numbers to the various events which included: breakfast briefings, executive dinners, seminars, webinars as well as industry conferences. Our customers have reports that working with us provides a seamless link with sales, account executives and the marketing team. 2017 has also seen some of our customers winning some great awards:

  • Brightgen - winning Salesforce's Regional Systems Integrator of the Year

  • Claremont - double award at UKOUG Partner of The Year Awards

  • Altius Consulting - Winner of the Hyperion & EPM Partner of The Year at UKOUG for the second year running

  • Mkodo - doubled their headcount over the last year and working to build and develop local talent

It was also a year full of highlights... The annual Huntsman User Group that we support was once again held at the Armourers Hall in London which is the home of The Armourers' Company which was founded in 1322 and has occupied the same site in the City of London since 1346. A truly fascinating and historical venue! Another customer, Claremont, went above and beyond to raise money for the children's charity, Barnardo's. Newlywed Mark, Claremont's CEO, and his wife Martina completed three half marathons this year raising over £2000! Probably the most bizarre briefing call we've had was interrupted by the Sales account manager telling us about a cat eating a rat outside on his patio! And the winner of the most unusual tweet from us this year was the picture of our Managing Director, Sarah, with her fiancé Mike, setting off on a bike ride dressed in onesies! All in aid of charity of course - raising money for PIP London, supporting adults with learning disabilities helping them to achieve their potential.

And just to round the year off we've had some exceptional feedback from our customers about our team and their work, our favourite of all of them is this one from Stella Hall, retail marketing manager at the world's #1 CRM vendor, who said about our team member Suzie who was calling Managing Directors and CEOs to join a series of events,

"Suzie is phenomonal!"
