Meet the Team
Sarah has over 15 years experience in both direct and internal sales within the IT arena. Her initial IT foundations were developed at EDS (HP), followed by a move to Legent (now CA) in a new role to assist the direct sales force with their existing customer base in mainframe upgrades and maintenance renewals.
Sarah went on to utilise these skills as one of the original team members of the Business Objects UK start up company. She was involved with early definition of roles and areas for internal sales which included a tele-marketing model working alongside the direct sales team for lead generation and arranging of meetings. The team grew based on the exponential growth of the company at the time. Sarah then moved into a successful direct sales position within media and telecoms sector for a further 6+ years.
Using these skills & experience, Sarah founded Next Call in 2001 while providing services for companies like Business Objects (SAP) and their partner base creating a ‘virtual’ internal sales team for lead generation. Through personal recommendations, referrals and repeat business the team has expanded with their current customer base to provide differing levels of lead generation, event fulfilment and other tele-marketing services to suit all their clients needs.
With over 14 years experience of sales and marketing of IT Corporate Software Solutions to Blue Chip companies, Shan is now working along side Sarah at Next Call. Shan started at Business Objects in 1995 in Telemarketing and then went into direct sales for the financial services sector. Other companies Shan has worked for include Oracle, IQ Software and Xtraserve (Siebel reseller).
Shan brings to the Team her experience of Financial Services and of strategic selling which Next Call use to drive the campaign management from a strategic level when determining and planning clients requirements.
