Data is a key factor to a successful campaign and providing accurate data and intelligent research is an area that we specialise in.
Building out a relevant set of target contacts will be agreed during the initial campaign build & on-boarding phase. We work with our customers to establish what level of activity is needed in the area of data build, enhancement, research, business planning and account profiling before starting any calling.
Our areas of expertise include:
Data Cleanse & Build – using existing data, however it is presented, and then cleansing and adding new contacts relevant to the campaign.
Account Profiling – intelligence gathering on target accounts and who within these will be key to source by job title and function. This is typically the starting point of many campaigns where we source key ‘C’ level decision makers across the organisation and key lines of business relevant to each campaign: finance, IT, HR, marketing, legal counsel, security officers etc.
Deep Dive – agreeing with the account managers or marketing team what details are needed, for example approaching ‘C’ level contacts and different layers of the management team, researching their IT landscape, strategic partnerships, company values, visions, new initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, organisational structure and significant plans & changes.
Quite often we will source niche contacts per campaign and would then go on to sourcing and develop these contacts increasing the value of the data to our customers.
Using our experienced approach of sourcing through industry leading tools & search engines we are able to navigate and secure new connections.
The team work closely with sales executives and marketing and will agree who within their target accounts are their ideal decision makers to reach out to. Our consultants will provide deep-dive research into these accounts providing valuable insight to aid business development and sales strategies.
We also provide data building and research into EMEA organisations to enable us to support our International campaigns.
