It’s our 5th consecutive year of working on Oracle's Business Analytics Summit!

How time flies! This time last year we were excited to be talking about our 4th consecutive year of working on Oracle’s Business Analytics Summit, and now it’s January 2015 and we are pleased to be able to be talking about this year’s Business Analytics Summit, and our 5th consecutive year of working with Oracle on the event fulfilment.

The theme of this year’s Summit is the power of Big Data and Analytics and features three specifically focused tracks: All Data Any Data, Innovation Through Modernisation and Transformational Strategies.

The Summit will also include an Oracle partner exhibition and theatre featuring Oracle’s key partners as well as a networking area and dedicated speakers’ lounge providing exclusive access to industry thought leaders.

With a keynote session this year from Andrew Strauss, former England Cricket Captain, who will be talking about how he led England to Ashes victory and how smart analytics play a vital role in winning in sport, it should prove to be an exciting event.

Next Call has once again been asked to provide telemarketing support to promote and drive attendance and to provide co-ordination of the team’s data and registrations.

We will be working alongside Ketchumpleon and Oracle to support the event fulfilment over the next month leading up to the event on February 11th.

We have hit the ground running with an initial email blast and are now focused on contacting the list of potential attendees to encourage pre-registration for the event.

There is a short window of opportunity to reach the contacts coupled with the challenge of speaking to people who are already very busy with a lot of commitments filling up their business day.

However, an interesting and thought-provoking agenda provides us with a good basis to start a meaningful conversation, as well as being able to reference Andrew Strauss as the keynote speaker.

As well as calling to register contacts for the event, we will also be focused on confirmation calling during the few days prior to the event.

And it doesn’t stop there, post-event activities continue with a full breakdown of the campaign and analysis of what worked well and where we can make changes for the next campaign.

These event fulfilment projects always provide an exciting challenge for the team at Next Call, which we take on with continued enthusiasm!

If you’d like to discuss your next campaign, please contact us to arrange a no-obligation meeting.
